I am a performing arts educator with 25 years of teaching experience who loves the outdoors, and spending time with my family and friends. I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (with distinction) and additional training in EMDR Level 1&2, ACT, EFIT, Trauma, Perinatal support and Eating Disorders.
